Atma and Paramathma

Atma is the energy in the human body and Paramathma is the Divine Energy in the body of the Divine or God.  We should strive hard to attain the Supreme, Paramatma. We are born to reach that goal.  Be generous, serve others and do good deeds with faith in God.  Once we reach our goal, 'maya' or illusion can never harm us.

Kaliyuga

In this present Kaliyuga, relationships do not play a major role but it stands for selfishness and greed.  Do atleast one seva a day.  Plants fade under the sun and it is grown again.  Just so, human life is like a wheel.  It moves up and comes down. Wherever or whichever state we are, make our character and behaviour pure.  It is the Nature's Law that family relations are hard to be managed.  Liberation is attained to the one who realises the truth that these ups and downs are all His will.
