Meditation

What is Meditation? Keeping the body calm and calming the mind is meditation.  You must boil in the heat of contemplation, control desire and you will grow.  Even people who have everything are not happy.  So it is absolutely essential to practice mediation.  Retain what is essential for your happiness and that is self-knowledge.
